About Don

Why I Chose to Become a Vistage Chair

I know the value of Vistage because I experienced it as a member. The leaders I respect most never stop learning. They remain curious, seek perspectives different from their own, and surround themselves with people willing to challenge them. They understand that success does not reduce the need for trusted counsel—it increases it.

As a Vistage Chair, I now have the privilege of creating that experience for other leaders: a confidential environment where they can think more clearly, test assumptions, remain accountable, and become the leaders their organizations need next.

Business leaders have dreams too: growing a company, developing a leadership team that no longer depends on them, transitioning a family business to the next generation, selling the company they spent a lifetime building, or rediscovering the freedom that inspired them to become entrepreneurs.

My purpose is simple: to help leaders see what is possible, navigate uncertainty with confidence, and connect people, perspectives, and the resources they need to be successful.

Let's Have a Confidential Conversation

What is the decision you wish you had someone to talk through?

You do not need another sales pitch. Let’s simply talk about your business: what is working, what is becoming harder, where you want to go, and who is helping you think through the decisions ahead.

If you are a CEO, business owner, president, or senior executive in Southwestern Pennsylvania or North Central West Virginia, I would welcome the opportunity to meet you. Coffee works. So does a phone or video call. No obligation—just a confidential conversation between two business leaders.
